Is seasonal work included in recurring cleaning?

Only work identified in the agreement is included. Ask for seasonal services to be described separately in the proposal.

Can multiple properties be discussed together?

Yes. Provide the addresses, requested tasks and preferred timing so coverage and property-specific needs can be reviewed.
